HOW TO BUY
Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and added them to your shopping cart you then proceed to checkout by clicking on the link. Details will then be taken such as name, address, card details, contact numbers-in order to complete your purchase.
Payment is accepted by credit/debit card and is handled by secure online payment service provider Protx, ensuring absolute security and privacy.
VAT is included in all prices at 17.5%.
Delivery Details
Provided your item is in stock we aim to dispatch within 2-3 business days. Should your item be out of stock we will contact you by e mail/telephone giving you the option to cancel or wait. Should you decide to wait then please allow 10-28 business days for delivery. We use Royal Mail First Class Service for UK and Royal Mail Airmail Service for Europe and Worldwide.

RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of purchase or 7 days of receipt of the goods-whichever is the longer.please contact us within 7 days should you wish to do so. Provided the goods are returned unused and in re saleable condition within seven days of delivery we will refund the cost in same manner as paid for items.The cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of the goods ,liability will not be accepted for goods lost or damaged in transit and proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. You are advised to return goods by registered post ,recorded delivery or courier. Please include your name, address invoice/purchase receipt.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
This returns and refunds policy complies with the EU Distance Selling Directive 2000 and forms part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations—were the consumer does not meet the vendor.
Risk of loss and title to items purchased from Jean’s Wool Shop passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier and we shall not be liable if buyer fails to take delivery at the given address.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
All goods supplied as a distributor do not present a hazard to Health and Safety, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1987, when they are (a) used properly for the purpose for which they are intended and (b) reasonable and normal precautions in their use thereof are taken by the customer.
